By downloading or using the Kipik app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the app.

2. Use of the App

Kipik is a mobile application that provides plant care guidance, smart reminders, and personalized tools to help users manage their plants. Users can:

• Track plant care (watering, fertilizing, health)
• Upload and store plant data (e.g., journals, photos)
• Use features like plant identification, reminders, and analytics

You agree to use the app in accordance with all applicable laws and not to misuse the service.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

Kipik can be used freely without an account. Some features, such as photo history or plant identification, may require a subscription in the future. If you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. Subscriptions, including any trial or cancellation policy, will be clearly disclosed before activation.

4. User-Generated Content

Users may upload plant photos, health statuses, and logs. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Kipik a limited, non-exclusive license to process the data for functionality and improvement purposes.

You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in the Kipik app, including but not limited to logos, illustrations, text, and code, is the property of AIRMELON and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app at any time, without prior notice, if we believe the user has violated these terms or is causing harm to the service.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Kipik provides care recommendations based on general knowledge and data. However, we do not guarantee specific plant outcomes. We are not liable for any plant loss, indirect damage, or personal loss arising from use of the app.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted under applicable French and EU regulations. Any dispute may be resolved through mediation or in the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
